For two years now (we started in july'05) Pune Tree Watch has been growing from strength to strength.  Though all membership is not very active, we have made substantial progress in the the kind of work we are doing also bringing in a difference of understanding and implementation of the official processes. We have helped many citizens and guided them through the process to the best of our abilities. With this background we initiate a call for donations for Pune Tree Watch so that we are not pressed for funds and we do not hesitate to take up work when the need arises.  Please see mail below to understand the way we work around donations. Be rest assured that the money given to us is accounted and the donor receives a statment of accounts at the financial year end.

 

   The funding support come to Kalpavriksh as the origin of Pune Tree Watch ,  if one looks at it technically is - Kalpavriksh.  For donations that come through institutions, organisations, funding agencies, NGO's, corporates etc, we apply a funding criteria search just to basically assess if the funds are acceptable from that source given the their environmental and social records. Kalpavriksh on its part will continue to raise funds to support this activity.
